These include browser type, internet protocol address, time zone, language preference, operating system, date and time of access, referring URL, and mobile network information. These are included in our log files so that we can understand more about our website visitors.
We collect information from your feedback or reviews about our product. All the information that you make publicly available is collected to improve our offering. We should tell you that once your information is collected, it will remain with us even if you delete it from the website.
The collected data is hosted on the Azure Cloud in Singapore, Central India, South East Asia, North Europe, and the UAE data centers, which provide robust security features and are compliant with privacy and security standards. A-Team headquarters are India- based, where we offer customer support services. However, we do not store any customer data besides call data. The transfer of customers’ personal information from the European Union to the locations mentioned above will be according to the EU GDPR.
